What is InvoiceFlow?
InvoiceFlow is an app for small and growing businesses that bill customers. Instead of writing invoices by hand, in Word or in a spreadsheet, you keep everything in one place: the quotation you gave, the invoice you sent, and the receipt you issued when the money came in.
Your customer list is stored with it, so you never retype a name, phone number or address. Your business name and logo go on every document, and the app keeps a running record of what has been paid and what is still outstanding.
It runs on Android and on Windows, on the same account — start an invoice on your phone and finish it on the computer.

Set up your business
Register with your business name and contact details, then add your logo. It appears on every document you issue.

Add your customer
Save the customer once. Their details are filled in automatically on invoices, quotations and receipts from then on.

Add the items and quantities. InvoiceFlow calculates the totals and gives you a PDF you can print, share or keep on file.

How to install
Neither file comes from an app store, so your device will ask you to confirm once.
On Android
- Tap Download APK above and wait for the file to finish downloading.
- Open it from your notifications, or from Files → Downloads.
- Android will say the file cannot be installed from this source. Tap Settings and allow your browser to install unknown apps.
- Go back and tap Install. If Play Protect warns you, choose Install anyway — the app is not distributed through Play yet.
- Open InvoiceFlow and sign in, or register your business.
On Windows
- Click Download installer and open the file once it finishes.
- Windows SmartScreen may show "Windows protected your PC". Click More info, then Run anyway. The installer is not code-signed yet.
- Follow the setup wizard. No administrator rights are needed.
- Launch InvoiceFlow from the Start menu or the desktop shortcut.
- Sign in with the same account you use on your phone.

Short answers to what customers ask most.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. InvoiceFlow keeps your records on your account, so invoices, customers and reports are the same on your phone and your computer.
Can I use the same account on my phone and my PC?
Yes. Sign in with the same email and password on both. What you create on one appears on the other.
Why is it not on Google Play?
The Play Store listing is still being reviewed. Until it is available, install the APK from this page using the steps above.
Is it safe to install the APK directly?
The file is built and signed by us. You can confirm it is the file we published by checking the SHA-256 value shown next to the download.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and tap Delete Account. It works the same on Android and Windows. If you cannot sign in, use the deletion page or call 0779 531 291.
What happens to my invoices if I delete my account?
Your login, business profile and customer details are erased. Invoices, receipts and quotations are kept because tax and accounting law requires them, but you will no longer be able to access them from the app.
Do you share my information?
No. Your business records belong to you and are not sold or shared with other businesses. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
